Job description
Centurion Flushing & Testing: Centurion Flushing & Testing provides specialist fluid power solutions for our customers in the global energy sectors. We recognize our customers’ need for expert advice to help them get the job done right, safely, on time and on budget.
Main Purpose of Role: Coordinate the preparation and shipment of Company products ensuring all customers receive full, accurate and on time orders.
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Process ‘goods out’ for shipping ensuring all goods and the documentation required are present and accurate.
- Ensure orders for shipping are suitably packaged in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Process ‘goods in’ ensuring this is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular stock checks.
- Liaise with the Operations team regarding discrepancies or quality issues identified during the goods in/out and stock control processes.
- Accurately maintain records and data in a timely manner ensuring security, preservation and readiness is maintained.
- Participate in the general day-to-day warehouse and operational activities that are required to assist the company in its business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficient in goods in/out process
- Good organisational skills, ability to work to a schedule and achieve specific deadlines.
- Knowledge in shipping methods, legal & statutory requirements.
This role is based at ABZ Business Park, 5A International Avenue, Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 0BH, UK.
