The Reedbut Group designs and manufactures corrugated packaging. The business has three sites; Milton Keynes the head office, Andover and Strood, and is one of the leading independent sheet plants in the UK. The company has an annual turnover of more than £20 million and employs 100 people.
The business operates in the rapidly growing corrugated packaging market and the materials the company work with have strong green credentials and are playing a leading role in the war against single use plastic.
Location: Reedbut Group South, Units 7 to 9 Crown Way, Walworth Industrial Estate, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 5LU
Position – Storeman
A new position to support our manufacturing site in Andover with logistics related activities; unloading deliveries, picking stock and loading dispatches, supplying raw material to processes, maintaining orderly stores and utilising bespoke IT system.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be given detailed training in all systems and will have the opportunity to rapidly increase their pay by a further £0.80/hr . The responsibility of a Reedbut Storeman includes:

· Ensuring that our product leaves site meeting our high-quality standards.
· Ensuring you keep you working environment clean and tidy.
· Adhering to company health and safety procedures.

· Physically you will be occasionally be expected to lift up to 20 kg.
Hours and Location Of Work
37.5 hours per week – rotating shifts
o Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm
Holidays
The basic annual leave entitlement is 20 working days plus 8 statutory days. Additional holidays are based on length of service up to a maximum of 25 days.

Salary
Starting hourly rate - £12 per hour with the potential to rise on an annual basis up to £12.80 per hour linked to a points based system which focuses on the Storeman developing their skills.
Annual bonus based on Company profit. This could total up to an extra £1,500 per annum.
