Store, Warehouse Packer

We are currently seeking a Store, Warehouse Packer to add to our growing team in Birmingham, where you will pack our customers’ orders/products in accordance with our standard packing procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.
Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented from bale to track and complete multiple aspects of product packaging.
By utilising your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will help us prepare some of the world’s favourite products and shipments.

Responsibilities
- Work at different stations as production requires
- Inspect, weigh and package products
- Shipping of each parcel / pallet via chosen courier
- Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules and efficient operation of equipment such as pallet pump and forklift
- Report potential packing requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet specific requirements of customer orders in a timely manner
- Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully
- Handle all orders with care and attention to detail
- Adhere to safety programs and compliance for a safe work environment
- Follow company packing procedures and standards
Requirements
- Good PC skills - general use of computer keyboard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to operate various pieces of equipment – in particular a Forklift, as and when required
Working hours and Job Location
The working hours for this role are 39 hours a week
Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm
