We are looking for a Store Supervisor for our Westfield Hub whose mission will be to:
Managing and overseeing store operations to ensure full functionality
· Effective management of store assistants to ensure operational functionalities for all aspects of gaming, food and beverages and merchandising
· Ensure that the store cleaning guidelines are followed by all the staff
Creation and delivery of all store food and beverage products
- Ensure that sufficient stock levels are available per shift
- Communicate par levels needs to managers
- Correct marketing in place for all products
Staffing/Team building
- Hold regular team meetings with managers to ensure all staff are fully up to date with ongoing event schedule, new products, current issues, and any future plans.
- Find cover for the rota in absence situations
- Ensure that all new starters are fully trained in all aspects of store operations and SOP’s
- Assist managers in delivering instore training
- Fully comply with all HR guidelines and provide information as and when requested in a timely manner
- Create an environment whereby all staff are trained and comfortable using ‘upselling’ techniques and that staff is proactively monitoring store sales performance
Completion of all weekly & monthly paperwork in line with agreed objectives
- Correct procedure is followed for all daily banking and cash handling/security
Compliance with all SOP’s
- In line with agreed operation objectives and SOP’s – complete all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork to ensure full compliance with statutory responsibilities
- Store is a safe and hazard free environment
Social Media
- Follow Sidequest Meta social media guidelines to regularly post relevant, interesting content as a means of engaging with existing, but also attracting new members
- Proactively work with Marketing and tournaments to increase stores following/community
