Join us as Store Service Manager and you'll become part of the Magnet family.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll create a welcoming store environment and oversee the full customer journey from enquiry to delivery and installation. You will contribute to Store growth through driving process and cost efficiencies, applying an ethos of accuracy, compliance and getting it ‘Right First Time’. You’ll get to know our competition well (understanding how our service differs) and provide support with any change initiatives plus support with identifying, coaching and supporting both new and existing colleagues training / development needs throughout the customer journey.

How you qualify for the role

You’ll preferably have worked in customer service driven environment and if that’s been in the kitchen industry even better. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and have the ability to lead and influence others with your strong interpersonal and communications skills. Strong IT skills are essential, with knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) being an advantage. You’ll also need a full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
