Store Person at The Factory Bar & Kitchen – Birmingham Airport
Pay rate £10.80 per hour, regardless of age.

We have opportunities for Fixed term roles (with the option for working more hours) as well as our New Seasonal roles that allow you to earn more over the Summer months and tailor down in the off-peak seasons to suit your lifestyle.
As a Store Person you will work shifts between 04:00am - 22:00pm and as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £12 per hour!
Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.
What we’re looking for in Store Person
- You are enthusiastic person who thrives in fast paced environment
- You have previous experience working in warehouse or stock room
- You are a team player and work hard to meet shift targets in timely manner
- Due to some responsibilities of the role candidates are required to be over 18 years of age
- You pose physical strength to ensure stock movement and heavy lifting to be done in safely manner
What you’ll do as Store Person:
- Unloading, stocking and safekeeping of the items to ensure quality of products and prevent product damage
- Monitor flow of the goods and implementation of FIFO (First in-First out)
- Pull, prepare and move stock needed to be replenished on the shop floor
- Display great product knowledge
- Play a part in ensuring the shop appearance always meets the standards
Requirements:
- Due to some responsibilities within the Store Person role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
