Store Manager Replay Outlet Wembley - London:
We are looking for a brilliant and confident Store Manager for our Outlet in Wembley, who will be responsible for:

• planning staff working schedules
• managing, training and motivating the team
• analysing KPI’s to maximise store performance and reach expected targets
• ensuring that customers receive a top quality service and shopping experience to create a loyal customer base
• implemented Company’s stock management policies and ensuring strict compliance with said policies, organising and overseeing stock-takes and minimising stock loss.

The successful candidate will have :
A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a fashion retail environment as a Store Manager or ASM

Excellent organizational skills and a quick problem-solving attitude

Strong communication skills in respect of customers, team and peers

Fluent English language skills
