We are looking for a result driven store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. Managing 1 location in Palo Alto. Here in Gong Cha a successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, maintain store cleanliness and organization, manage staff effectively, and implement company policies. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background store financials and employee recruitment. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store manager.

Store Manager Responsibilities

· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to team members

· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and store financials

· Maintain outstanding store cleanliness, organization, and product quality.

· Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

· Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

· Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)

· Able to train new employees on all operations related tasks

· Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

· Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, managing 15 to 20 or more employees. Experience in café/restaurant setting is preferred, but not mandatory

· Certified Manager Food Handlers Certificate

· Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Goal, Pricing, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Verbal Communication

· Must have a Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle

· Required to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which will require nights and weekend shifts
