Job description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join the NEW Pavers team at Dobbies Garden Centre in Nuneaton Road, Atherstone which is due to open in June 2023.
This location benefits from free on site staff parking.

Are you a friendly, engaging, and positive leader who loves creating an amazing service experience for every customer? You could be a Store Manager already or an Assistant Manager looking for your next step.
Do you have a track record of leading and building successful teams in a retail environment?
Are you passionate and successful at achieving sales targets and KPI’s with a ‘can do’ attitude?

What will you do to be successful as a Store Manager?
- Drive the performance of your store, making good commercial decisions, liaising with your area manager and head office teams to get the right product at the right time to maximise the sales.
- Lead your team in creating a customer first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products, giving the best customer service and experience possible.
- Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPI’s and reach your full potential.
- Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
- Live and breathe Pavers DNA, always leading by example.
Pay & hours
Up to £26,104 per annum.
40 hours per week.
