Our new store at Gunwharf Designer Outlet is due to open in October, this is all part of our continuing expansion of our retail presence within the UK. It’s a very exciting time for our retail business and our brand as a whole. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercially focused Store Manager with proven results to lead our team and build our sales within the retail portfolio.
We are not looking for someone to follow our guide – we are looking for a Store Manager who can bring experience and new ideas, whilst focusing on the team, sales and operational efficiency!
Valid driving licence is essential as you may be required to travel to other stores.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering HARIBO sales targets and KPI's by executing HARIBO customer service, retail and operational standards. You will lead, manage and develop your store team to achieve the best that is possible!

Hours of Work:
This role is 40 hours a week, working in a flexible nature to suit the needs of the retail business. UK travel will be required with this role, as the retail team work as a very close knit team, where support to other stores is often required.
