Job description
Tealith Bubble Tea is looking for a new Store Manager! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company at a management level, managing our kiosk in Exeter Guildhall.
We are recruiting for a hard-working, high-performance Manager to help our business continue to grow and succeed. This role will include managing all aspects of the store and being responsible for the store's performance and operations.
You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekdays and weekends, totalling approximately 35-40 hrs per week.

About the role...
This is a hands-on management role that will require you to manage and work necessary shifts in store. The expectation is that there is approximately 5 hours per week of office/management duties and approximately 30-35 hours per week working in the store.
The right candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure whilst delivering great customer service, along with the highest standard of product knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Ability to motivate, lead and train staff
- Recruitment
- Banking and Payroll
- Making sure staff always deliver a quality product and service
- Stock monitoring
- Business Development
- Be the first contact for shift covers
- Cleaning
