Tealith Bubble Tea is recruiting for a new Store Manager!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company at a management level, managing our established store in Bournemouth.
We are looking for a hardworking Manager to help our business continue to grow and succeed. This role will include managing all aspects of the store and being responsible for the store's performance and operations.
You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekday and weekends.

About the role....
This is a hands-on management role that will require you to manage and work necessary shifts in store. The expectation is that there is approximately 4hrs per week of office/management duties and approximately 32hrs per week working in the store.
The right candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure whilst delivering great customer service, along with the highest standard of product knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Scheduling staff
- Ability to motivate, lead and train staff
- Recruitment & Training
- Banking and Payroll
- Making sure staff always deliver a quality product and service
- Stock monitoring and orders
- Business Development
- Be the first contact for shift covers
- Cleaning
