The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring individual with strong, proven leadership skills to join a great team in our Bletchley Store. Taking responsibility for the overall running of the store, you will be responsible for cultivating an environment focused on the customer and will lead your team to deliver high levels of customer service and drive performance through sales.
As an inspirational leader, you will empower your team to be at their best every day and coach them to provide our customers with a best-in-class service which sets Tapi apart from its competitors - and have some fun while you’re at it!

Your Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management of a great sales team, creating a culture where everyone can be at their best
- Running end-to-end store operations to an excellent standard
- Ensuring your team strive to exceed store and personal sales targets
- Providing a best in class customer experience journey through your team
About you
You’re naturally self-motivated, results driven and lead by example. You understand how to get the best out of your team, enabling them to be at their best every day. You possess strong leadership qualities, with demonstrable experience in Store Management in a similar retail business and are a great team player, creating a team that works as one unit.
People are your bag – you get them, you understand them and importantly, you can sell to them! You put people at the heart of what you do and ensure that your team work to this ethos too.
You’re up for a challenge and thrive on a busy schedule. You’re always on the lookout for ways to improve things for customers and colleagues - You have a bias towards action.
Good judgement is key - you don’t shy away from difficult conversation and manage them with Tapi charm, dealing with challenges but ensuring the best outcome.
You’re organised and understand how to run an efficient and effective store operation – nothing slips on your watch!
Flexibility is a must, so you will be happy to work Saturdays (with a day off in the week of course!), every other Sunday (with a good Sunday working rate)

We will guarantee your salary for 6 months between £40,000-£45,000
