Position: Store Manager
Immediate Reports: Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates
Responsibilities:
- Achieve requested sales results and manage store tasks
- Adhere to Visual plans and use good judgment for product placement to achieve best sales
- Recruit, hire and train the skills of an Assistant Store Manager for eventual promotion to Store Manager
- Monitor trends in cooking and tabletop items
- Follow marketing guidelines for the implementation of various promotions
Skills:
- 3-5+ years of retail management
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees and the public
- Ability to work in a team environment
