The successful candidate should be an inspirational leader with a passion for customer service, a practical retail professional who is results-orientated, can demonstrate flair and initiative and develop their team to be the best.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Essential Criteria
Previous retail experience at Management level.
Knowledge of retail systems and procedures.
Excellent people skills
Demonstrate a successful track record through achievement of sales, business targets and controllable costs.
Desirable Criteria
3 years management experience in a busy retail environment preferably within Spar or similar FMCG stores.
Supervisory/Business Qualification.
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
The hours of work are 42.5 per week (excluding breaks), although the successful candidate is required to be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the job.
