From our retail outlet in Cleethorpes we offer customers a large selection of quality mobility and homecare products at excellent value prices. We provide exceptional levels of service and aftercare. Our products range from walking sticks to high specification mobility powerchairs, and a wide range of products in between which are all designed to give our customers greater independence and improved quality of life.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to understand customers needs are a necessity. Close attention to detail and a total commitment to customer care is essential.
Drawing on your previous experience you will run the store on a day to day basis, making sure targets are achieved whilst delivering outstanding Customer Service. Responsibilities will include:
- The sale of mobility products and living aids
- Answering calls
- Home visits and assessments
- Assist with deliveries into store and customers’ homes
- Managing store appearance
The ideal candidates must have experience in either retail or care, having worked in either sector before but not essential. The ideal candidate must also have a full driving licence. Heavy lifting will sometimes be involved.
Benefits include employee discount for the wider business group. Schedule - 8 hour shift Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. Salary excellent, exact amount dependant on experience.
