- You have three or more years of retail management experience.
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Subject matter expert in retail store operations
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in the cycling or scooter industry is an asset but not a requirement.
What You’ll Do
- Talent scout and people champion. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to recruit and onboard a staff aligned with our purpose and values.
- Provide leadership and management to ensure a high degree of staff engagement. Create a store culture that embodies our purpose and values.
- You will be responsible for having a fully trained staff. Do they know what they need to know and do they know how to do it, with excellence and consistency?
- Be knowledgeable, use the tools and resources provided to you and your team to help customers make decisions that are right for them.
- Be a Brand Ambassador, maintain high store standards. Ensure the team embraces a customer-focused mindset and consistently provides a seamless and memorable customer experience
- Oversee and manage store staffing plans.
- Advise, guide and coach team members on employment issues and partner with the People & Culture team as necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
