We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Store Manager to join the Raging Bull team at one of our more established locations in Clarks Village in Street, Somerset.
Our Store Manager’s responsibilities include the day to day running of the store, recruitment, staff training and overseeing the store team. Create and monitor staffing schedules, ensure that appropriate training is delivered to develop excellent customer service, and review sales targets.
Our Store Managers will work with the team on the shop floor, meeting and greeting customers, ensuring store policies and procedures are adhered to. They are also responsible for compiling data about sales and promotions, producing reports for senior management and identifying ways to increase footfall and sales.
If you have a passion for selling and a friendly, outgoing personality this could be a fantastic opportunity. Ideally you will need to have previous management experience within retail, ensuring that a high level of customer service is always delivered and that you can educate the staff and customers on the Raging Bull story.
