CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the store, including customer service, inventory management, team member supervision, and financial performance. The Store Manager should demonstrate the following accountabilities:
· Demonstrates strong leadership skills and drives team member engagement and retention.
· The ability to successfully fulfill strategic objectives, including executing and enhancing merchandising and operational plans and standards.
· Responsible for business financial goals and targets.
· Oversees inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
· Monitors sales performance and analyzes sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory levels and ordering accordingly.
· Executes and implements pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profits.
· Analyzes and identifies cost saving opportunities including waste and shrink.
· The ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and actively listens to others.
· Oversees the store leadership team to ensure appropriate team member learning and development and enforces compliance requirements.
· Strong commitment to quality assurance, food safety, and overall team member health and safety.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an equivalent position, preferably in a grocery retail environment.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
· Demonstrated commitment to an exceptional customer experience.
· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to innovate, influence, and problem solve.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to a larger team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite is considered an asset.
· Committed to working a flexible schedule.
· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, and high-volume environment.

Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
