Job description
We are looking for Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, overseeing customer service, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a high level of store cleanliness. The Store Manager will also be responsible for, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Manage staff and delegate tasks to ensure the store runs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage staff.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,056.00-£24,143.00 per year

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
