Job Title: Store Assistant
Job Type: 12 x hour contract
Location: Bletchley
Salary: £10.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Engage with Salon colleagues on how to improve customer service and effectiveness.
- To comply with all communicated company guidelines and actions.
- Assist the planning and execution of changes to promotions, campaigns, and events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Help deliver TPC performance ahead of targets set.
- Be part of creating and leading a positive customer service culture in the store.
- Minimise store stock loss and wastage.
- Manage replenishment processes to ensure 100% availability at all times of top 50 selling lines within the business.
- Check and action out of date stocks and take part in stock takes / counts.
- Ensure all Health & Safety personal compliance is up to date.

Salary brackets: £10.45 per hour if aged over 21 OR £7.50 if aged 18-20 OR £5.30 if aged 16-17
