Your day-to-day.
- Managing a team of fish fryers, FOH and BOH staff
- Working on the fryers and range in our Fish and Chippery
- Taking deliveries and storing food items
- Managing the service wash area and ensuring cleanliness standards are adhered to
- Rumbling and chipping, portioning fish and stock control to set par levels
