Join our food outlet team as a Fish Fryer here at Southview for a career with a little more sizzle as our Fish and Chippery Manager!

Your day-to-day.

• Managing a team of fish fryers, FOH and BOH staff
• Working on the fryers and range in our Fish and Chippery
• Taking deliveries and storing food items
• Managing the service wash area and ensuring cleanliness standards are adhered to
• Rumbling and chipping, portioning fish and stock control to set par levels
