Our Experience Centre's forge the link between dealers, consumers, and Miele, by giving opportunities to close the sale either directly or through our partner network. Miele Experience Centre's are different to normal stores, with lower footfall but higher value customer transactions. We strive to provide a premium experience for every consumer, whether they are kitting out an entire new kitchen, or dropping in to buy some replacement detergents for their washing machine. We also run immersive and exciting instore events showcasing our products to our customers.
We’re recruiting for an Experience Centre Manager for our GB Headquarters in Abingdon.
You will be someone who will lead their team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to both consumers locally and dealers. They will be responsible for delivering sales performance, margin and P&L budget for the store, with the highest standard of retail execution.
The store manager will be heavily involved in the creation of the strategy, but ultimately accountable for the way it is delivered and executed in store.
In this role you will be...
Leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to both consumers and dealers. You will be responsible ensuring the whole team deliver against targets and sales KPIs with the highest standard of retail execution. The successful candidate must have retail store management experience, and have a clear understanding and vision for customer service within a premium brand.
The successful candidate should be an experienced and visible people leader and ambassador for our brand, with proven track record of motivating and developing employees, creating succession plans and managing inline with our culture and philosophy.
A pivotal role for our business, being on site at the headquarters means additional exposure to the business and an opportunity to collaborate on additional business based projects. You will be encouraged to bring ideas and innovation to the way we operate. A natural salesperson and both confident and capable when dealing with new and challenging situations, you will be proactive and adaptable to change with excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
What can we offer you?
We offer a basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus an evolving pay and benefits package which could take your OTE up to £55,000 based on performance levels.
Our Abingdon site is open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays.
