A luxury and premium internationally recognised brand require a store manager in Bicester for their new store opening
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the store on a day to day basis
- Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service
- Maintaining the upkeep of the store with regards to health & safety / regulation paperwork
- Management & motivation of a retail team
- Staff recruitment & development
- Driving sales to target
- Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI's
- Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions
- Managing stock loss and completing inventories
- Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping
The Successful Applicant
The Store Manager in Bicester must be confident with management & motivation of a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently. This role is ideal for any individual interested in management within a high end, fast paced, designer fashion based company.
