Description An opportunity to join a rapidly expanding International Retail Chain of stores - Masala Bazaar, we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individual to manage our store and join our dynamic team to support the growth and further development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, Training, Supervising and motivating staff to meet targets.
- Manage within Budgets, maximising profitability, meet KPI targets.
- Maintaining daily & weekly Reports and Financial records, Banking.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Manage staff queries & complaints.
- Manage receiving deliveries & booking in stock, delivery discrepancies pricing.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety and legal retail legislations.
- Manage store presentation and hygiene to high standards,
- Ensure staff are well presented and customers are well received.
- Liaising & communicating with head office via emails & phone calls.
Key Skills:
- Awareness of HACCP & Hygiene, Health & Safety.
- Awareness for Competitors & Retail Market trend.
- Excellent verbal & email communications.
- Excellent IT skills in use of Excel, email Epos system.
- Excellent Numerical skills.
- Understand true Cost & Margins of products.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Able to Multi-task and stay on top of daily tasks.
- Validating & Consulting information before making business decision.
Hours: Variable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
