Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to become a part of our management team. The Store Manager position requires full responsibility for managing the inventory, staff and overall success of our store. We're looking for an individual with experience in retail administration, a high level of motivation and an excellent understanding of the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement work schedules.
- Give employees performance appraisals.
- Deal with employee complaints.
- Monitor the inventory levels.
- Oversee the hiring process.
- Hire employees and ensure they pass any relevant training.
- Select staff to man cash registers and inform line leaders of this decision.
- Communicate employment decisions to staff.
- Supervise the work of employees during cash handling shifts.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
