Store Manager - Canterbury - Up To £30,000 per annum - 45 hours a week - Permanent

A bit about the role...
We want you to truly take our values and make the store yours; this is everything from staff, stock, store, crepes, waffles, gelato and all the desserts you can think of! To add to the list, you will:
- Promote a customer-focused team and environment – customers are at the heart of everything we do – we are all about that guest experience
- You have your ownership of all the cost controllable – everything that directly affects the store from stock & labour controls through to indirect controllable also.
- Empower and Inspire your team – lead through excellence in training and development of your team.
