Grade 4, £21,575 to £21,968 per annum pro-rata (actual salary £8,746.62 to £8,905.95)

Hours: 15 per week (08:30 – 16:30 Monday & Tuesday)
The Community Equipment Service provides a vital role in supporting the Islands vulnerable community. We are seeking a customer focused individual to provide support in our warehouse, duties will include:
- Responding to customer and stakeholder queries either face to face, via phone or email
- Processing referrals to ensure the right equipment is issued at the right time and making best use of resources
- General reception duties to visitors to the warehouse
- Maintaining ICT systems to ensure records are up to date and accurate
The successful applicant will be a good communicator, highly motivated, flexible and be a team player with good ICT skills.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of Hours Standby and Call Out
You will be required to take part in the Out of Hours Stand-by Duty Rota as and when requested by management. Standby and call out duties are paid in accordance with the IWC Terms and Conditions 2012 document.
