- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, security, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the store manager and other supervisors to implement strategies for business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment
