About You:
We are looking for a positive and influential Store Manager to be the figurehead of one of our departments/stores. The ideal candidate should have at the minimum, Assistant Store Manager experience and is ready to progress into the Store Manager role; a bonus if you’re an established Store Manager!
It is essential to have had retail experience in a similar environment and to effectively multitask and having the confidence to delegate is crucial. Experience in toy retail is beneficial, but not vital.
You should have a proven track record of successfully inspiring your team to achieve and exceed store sales and using creative methods to maximise sales opportunities and profits. You are highly passionate about team development and have witnessed success through your coaching and training.
To ensure that the Hamleys magic continues to grow, it is vital that you are an excellent communicator and you’re very well organised. You are open to change and can confidently make tough decisions when necessary, using any challenges as positive learnings. You are actively seeking for feedback as part of your self-development.
