Retails Sales Manager

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our BMW Dealership in Hindhead is looking to recruit a new Retail Sales Manager.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Retail Sales Manager vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Retail Sales Manager position involves:
1) Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure:
- Maximum direct selling time
- Effective handling of all sales enquiries and activities
- Work with all sales executives to ensure that they work in a focused and structured manner in all of their endeavours
2) Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shorted possible timeframe.
3) Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on:
- Prospecting and customer follow-up;
- All aspects of the “sales Track” with particular emphasis on “receive and welcome”, qualification, negotiation and close, F&I Presentations.
- Time management;
- Sales aids…. Particularly improve use of OCS lounge.
- Product knowledge and all related items;
- Closing deals.
4) Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales records, including:
- Prospect systems, follow-up call records;
- Management meetings;
- Sales analysis;
- Trading policies and all related items.

- Full driving licence.
