Key Responsibilities

• Actively following and demonstrating the Crussh 5 values
• Delivery of store KPIs to budget
• Delivery of store audit to target score of 85% and above
• Delivery of store food alert score of 85% and above
• Delivery of EHO standards audit no lower than 4 stars
• Maximizing internal and external sales and profitability
• Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
• Ensuring store team are performing their duties in line with all Crussh policies and procedures
• Ensuring store team following Food Safety & H&S policies and procedures
• Recruiting all store team
• Driving team performance and ensuring all store team is fully trained to perform their duties;
• Being responsible and accountable for the shift you are assigned to

• Liaise with suppliers and Factory Production Manager regarding any stock or order issues
• Liaise with other senior managers
• Any other reasonable requests made of you by a line or senior manager
