Job description
We are looking for a new store manager to continue to grow and expand our dog grooming salon and product offering in Wimbledon. In this position you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability, delivering excellent customer service, and animal welfare standards alongside managing a small team.
Responsibilities include:
- Stock control and ordering
- Marketing campaigns and managing social media
- Staff management and training, creating a positive and friendly working environment
- Sales
- Reporting
- Managing the grooming diary
- Using your knowledge to inspire customers to try new products
- Keeping the shop-floor to a high standard
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
For this position retail experience is essential. Number of hours worked per week is negotiable, but the successful candidate must be willing to accommodate weekend working as required on a rota.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
