Store Manager
Cookies and Cream is seeking a full-time Store Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store by overseeing staff, managing staff attendance and ensuring the safety and well-being of staff.
- Create and maintain a positive store environment by maintaining the cleanliness of all areas, including customer and prep areas.
- Communicate with staff responding to questions or concerns on the phone or in writing.
- Cooperate with supervisors in order to help maintain employee morale and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar role in an educational setting preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,151.00-£26,700.00 per year
