You love hockey and are a passionate supporter of the Victoria Royals, eager to make your mark in sales, eager to see Royal Blue all over the Capitol region. You have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful online, as well as brick and mortar, store. You’re excited by the prospect of being the main supplier of team swag to our growing, loyal, Royals fan base and enjoy the challenge of increasing in-store and online sales. The emphasis for this role is to dramatically increase online presence and online sales.

As the Store Manager for the Victoria Royals team store, you will have the “keys to the kingdom”. You will be accountable for day-to-day store operations, staff scheduling, and working closely with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations. You are part marketer, part merchandiser, part sales professional and part people leader; eager to drive continuous improvement and create outstanding scoring opportunities for you and your team.

Ideally, you’ve completed a post-secondary education in business or sports management, have worked in environments where you’ve had the autonomy to curate a positive shopping experience, and are chomping at the bit to maximize the potential of the Victoria Royal’s online store.
