Capital Cash Ltd was founded in 2003 and are currently the largest franchisee of Cash Converters and are the UK's leading buying and selling retailer and pawnbroking experts.
We are now looking to recruit Assistant Store Managers in our Finchley store.
The Role:
· Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
· Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
· Drive and motivate your team
· Interviewing and recruiting new staff
· Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
· Organising rotas and holidays
The Candidate: The ideal Assistant Branch Manager will possess the following attributes:
· At least 2 years supervisory experience. We are open to all candidates from all backgrounds, but it is essential that you have had supervisory experience.
· Retail/ Customer Service experience
· Continuity in employment
· Understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
· Understanding of KPI’s
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Time management skills
