Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Case & Case Fine Jewellers, Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan.
As Store Manager, you will be the leader of a proactive and dynamic team, showcasing luxury watches and jewellery whilst delivering an excellent client experience. You will be responsible for developing the team, team management, the daily running of the store, driving store sales, communication with brand representatives and ensuring customer relations are maintained to a high standard.
Working with a independent, family ran jewellers, you can make a difference, we will have regular meetings with all store leaders to discuss your ideas and how to keep pushing forward.

Our Store is open 7 days a week, all our full time colleagues are expected to work 5 out of 7 days which includes weekends and bank holidays.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Store Manager with a strong sales background, ideally from the Jewellery Industry or another Luxury Sales environment.
Our new Store Manager will be expected to complete a four week induction at our Store in Warrington alongside our Company Retail Director, this will cover training to ensure you are ready to successfully start in your own store.
