About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional role model to assist in managing
the day to day operation of approx. 40 team members, You will be responsible for
ensuring that all duties are carried out effectively and professionally whilst
maintaining high levels of communication between all team and Managers across
the resort. Reporting to the
Resort Manager and ensuring the delivery of a safe and secure environment for
both our guests and team whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the wider team to ensure a
high standard of guest and team care that will be delivered across the resort.
About You
We are looking for a strong communicator who has the ability to
build relationships with the wider resort. You will work alongside the
Resort Safety Manager to ensure compliance with all company’s policies,
procedures and all relevant legislation. You will maintain effective monitoring and reporting systems and have experience
in a supervisory role with knowledge of the security industry. The role will include flexibility as the team
are operational 24/7, 365 days a year.
The ideal candidate will hold an SIA badge and door supervisor license.
