To be able to successfully work as an Apache Pizza store manager, the candidate must be capable of running specific agendas and schedules.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
To Work as part of the Operational Management in Team Apache Pizza, in accordance with the Apache Pizza Manual, Mission Statement and Guidelines and Training of the Brand.

To maintain and improve where possible all business and standards for the Apache Pizza Brand.
*
*
Reporting to your employer the Franchisee and the company’s Franchise Business Leader.
*
*
Operational Responsibilities Include:
*
*
1. Shift management of Apache Pizza store:
a) Opening and closing checklist assurance.
b) Instore Staff and Driver liaison and roistering based on hourly analysis.
c) Daily (if necessary) or weekly stock takes and cost analysis ensuring portion
control.
d) All paperwork completion – Daily / weekly / monthly / HACCP.
e) Keeping a record of all comments and issues highlighted by the Customers and following up.
f) Ensuring stock rotation and correct dough proofing procedures as well as maintaining high hygiene standards..
g) Driver dispatching (1 order per driver and out the door in 10 – 12 mins) and ensuring 30 min max delivery times.
i) All cleaning checklist completed daily and shop ready for the next shift.
j) Cash float checking and cashing up of drivers and balancing paperwork and lodgement.
k) Maintain regular communication with the Franchisee on all Operational issues.

2. To train and get a full understanding of the company computer systems, food stock, labour and delivery costs and activation of local marketing ideas.

3. To acquire a detailed understanding of the operations manual and implementation
of same including training of existing crew members asap.
4. To implement community based marketing to local schools clubs sports facilities & businesses in promote sales and goodwill for the brand.

5. Set up and manage /improve store efficiency and standards especially in training
for supervisors as the store’s sales improve.

- Study and be able to complete all Covid-19 Protocols
- Study and be able to complete all HACCP paperwork
- Study and be able to complete all Apache Pizza Operational Procedures
- Complete Level 1 Food Safety Training

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
