Store Manager, '47 London Retail Store
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our 47 Pop Up Store located in London. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This store is a temporary store that we hope will turn into a full time retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including but not limited to sales, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Motivate and manage a team of sales associates, providing training and coaching as needed to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising to ensure that the store is visually appealing and attractive to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that the store is fully stocked and able to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, including promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain an accurate record of sales, expenses, and inventory levels, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure that the store complies with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment such as sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
