Crosstown is a scratch bakery. We roll our dough by hand. We make all of our jams, compotes, fillings, glazes and toppings in-house, fresh every day, using the finest ingredients we can find to deliver real, honest flavour. It’s a lot of extra work, but we believe the results speak for themselves. A young, independent brand, driven by progressive and innovative thinking. We now have 29 locations and our retail team is imperative for carrying the core values of Crosstown and being able to convey these to our customers.
Crosstown is growing fast and we are looking for an enthusiast candidate to join our brand-new store in Bristol (BS8 1QE) as Store Leader Located in the busy high street this store is the 1st having all Crosstown products available for our amazing customers.

Key responsibilities:
Flexibility is very important, and this role will require someone who’s looking for a position where their week will never look the same as the previous one. In this role you will:
· Manage the shop's everyday operations, such as maintenance, staffing, financial performance, stock levels, and deliveries (this may involve working beyond contracted hours on occasion, including evenings and weekends).
· Maintain high standards in all elements of our business, including appearance and cleanliness, health and safety compliance, quality control, and so on.
· Assisting with the implementation of new products, menus, and pricing policies
· Maintaining great brand awareness while providing excellent customer service
· Handle purchase orders, stock deliveries, and quality control for all products sold in the store.
A successful candidate must:
· Have a minimum 1 year management experience in retail
· Be honest, hardworking and have a focus on sales
· Be independent, confident, organised, and enthusiastic
· Love interacting with the public and sharing with them what makes Crosstown's product special. Confidence goes long way in this role!
· Be driven to hit targets and can encourage staff to sell products with creativity. You will report to Retail Management with feedback regarding sales and how customers purchase.
· Using training structures provided, be in charge of ensuring all staff are trained to an exceptional level and are confident in their roles.
· Have a passion for quality produce and great service. Be enthusiastic and able to generate a positive environment, which promotes a can-do attitude in your staff.
· Be the first point of contact for your staff on a broad range of matters and concerns.
