Evolution Vaping have an exciting opportunity for a Store Assistant to join our friendly team.
The role of Store Assistant will involve interacting face to face with customers throughout the day and will be the main point of contact for our company’s client base.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. You must be able to work as part of a team but also able to work individually using your own initiative. Vaping knowledge is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Dealing with customer complaints, returns and queries.
· Checking product or service availability.
· Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the company’s performance.
· Maintaining an excellent customer relationship.
· Keeping the store fully stocked.
· Delivering exceptional sales services.
· Interacting with customers identifying their needs and preferences.
· Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines.
· Receiving deliveries verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments.
· Enforcing in-store security and Health & Safety Procedures and Regulations.
Job Type: Part-time and full-time hours available.
Location: Multiple sites within the Birmingham area.
Salary: £10.42 per hour
