Job description

We are actively seeking individuals who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as Store Associates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm welcome to customers upon their arrival, assisting them in locating desired products and navigating the store layout.
• Provide customers with product information, answer their inquiries, and offer personalised recommendations based on their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, including regular restocking of shelves and creative display arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels and actively participate in inventory management tasks, such as receiving and verifying merchandise.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, aiming to find satisfactory resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, enabling you to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols and loss prevention measures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £11.84 per hour
