Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Collecting all retail deliveries from Goods In and organising, checking off and barcoding each order
- You’ll be responsible for distributing orders and stock across our 9 wide-ranging boutiques, you’ll take pride in our stock rooms, ensuring they are immaculately arranged and well organised
- Working alongside our Retail Stock Administrator, you’ll help conduct the essential stock counts
- Having great awareness and overview of all stock, you'll proactively alert stock issues, arranging accurate reorders
- You’ll get creative and assist with the packing, distribution and sending of guest orders
- Inputting purchase orders and goods received onto our POS system
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
- You’re a go-getter by nature and have a can do attitude, always willing to help, always on your feet you love to be active
- Proficient in using Point of Sale systems (POS) and have experience of using any back office systems including microsoft excel
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
