We are currently seeking a warm, efficient and organised Stockroom Assistant to join our team working across a variety of boutiques and stock rooms within our Retail Arcade.
The on target earning potential for this role is £23,077/ annual salary - comprising a base salary of £20,077, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Collecting all retail deliveries from Goods In and organising, checking off and barcoding each order
  • You’ll be responsible for distributing orders and stock across our 9 wide-ranging boutiques, you’ll take pride in our stock rooms, ensuring they are immaculately arranged and well organised
  • Working alongside our Retail Stock Administrator, you’ll help conduct the essential stock counts
  • Having great awareness and overview of all stock, you'll proactively alert stock issues, arranging accurate reorders
  • You’ll get creative and assist with the packing, distribution and sending of guest orders
  • Inputting purchase orders and goods received onto our POS system
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

  • Proficient in using Point of Sale systems (POS) and have experience of using any back office systems including microsoft excel

  • You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
