Job Title: Stock Control Assistant
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full-time
Schedule: 5 days out of 7, on rotational basis, including weekends
Salary: £9.50 PH

The Role
We are looking for an assistant stock controller to join the stock team.
Duties:
- Accepting deliveries in the morning
- Ensure each unit is fully stocked for the day ahead and topping up during the day as required.
- Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
- Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters
- Evaluating product count and foresee supply and demand, taking a strategic approach to replenishing so that both overstocking and running out of stock are avoided
- Take charge of internal stock transfers, moving products between departments or food kiosk if needed or removing obsolete items.
- Collaborate in the kitchen production to re-stock dough, chips and other food item when need it
- Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
- Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock
Due to the nature of the business, applicants need to be available to work, weekends, bank holidays & school holidays.
