Job Description

Stock & System Administrator to maintain system stock accuracy of current Warehouse Management System (Snapfulfil) and ERP system (Netsuite) to ensure integrations between the two systems is robust.

The role will act as the main point of contact for stock queries between both systems.

This role will also involve communicating between various departments such as Production, Merchandising & the DC to ensure stock counts are completed in a timely manner and systems updated ensuring all systems match.

Full training will be provided.

Key duties and responsibilities:

· Ensuring all WMS and NetSuite systems match both systematically and physically.

· Monitor, troubleshoot and report stock discrepancies versus cost.

· Coordinate physical counts for various departments and locations.

· Manage audits at all locations.

· Monitor accuracy and provide weekly/monthly reports.

· Assist shift managers in process improvements for stock accuracy.

· Work with wider Emma Bridgewater team to highlight and improve stock accuracy.

· Route cause analysis of stock issues.

· Reconcile stock transfers and feedback variances.

· Stock reporting, identifying variances, highlighting & assisting with rectifying.

Ensuring that all information is up to date on the system.
