YOUR ROLE
- Join Henkel’s Consumer Adhesive Operations team as a Stock Allocator Specialist Graduate.
- This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
- Analysis, solution, and communication of short-term stock shortage management to support Customer, Affiliate, and stock replenishment orders.
- Interfacing with internal functions within Customer Service & Supply Chain functions.
- Apply Out of Stocks allocation rules to incoming sales orders & purchase orders to maximize service level potential to support Customer Experience (Stock Allocation)
- Management of Product lifecycle Phase Out/In of product portfolio
- Handling of high-level critical Escalations to avoid Line stop of financial impacts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage
- Positivity and a high energy level
- Willingness to challenge the status quo
- Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
- Strong analytical skills – solution orientated
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems (excel skills)
Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 1st February – 3rd March but may close earlier if volumes are high
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of March
