Akon Security are based in Canterbury but operate across Kent. An applicant with access to their own transport that is able to travel to any one of our sites is desirable but not essential to the role.

Role Responsibilities:
- Crowd / People Management
- Maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests
- Report any suspicious behaviour
- Directing customers around the site
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling
- Traffic management and direction
- Liaise confidently with venue management
- Responding to emergencies in a mature and efficient manner
The right candidate will:

- Have strong verbal and written communication to liaise with team members and site managers via radio communication
- Demonstrate your ability to remain calm under pressure and stay vigilant to security risks
- You are 18 years +
