Amerex Ltd are a leading North east based Steel Stockholder, in Newburn Industrial Estate. We are looking for a hardworking warehouse person to join our friendly team. Guillotine experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
A little about the role:
You will be part of a team responsible for processing customer orders. You will support safe and effective operations and maintain stock integrity by ensuring the organisation of stock and associated records are maintained accurately.
Duties
- Processing customer orders to a high standard
- Quality Checks
- Daily warehouse duties
- Work alongside 3 other guillotine operators within the business to ensure all work is complete in a timely manner
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 16:30pm
Friday - 7:30am - 16:00pm
Possible Overtime
Wages:
23 and over - £9.50
21 to 23 - £9.18
18 to 20 - £6.83
Under 18 - £4.81
Apprentice - £4.81
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 9RT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
