We are hiring!


Ambulnz Community Partners are looking for a motivated leader to join our operations team in the role of Station Manager.


Salary up to £35k per year.

Job Remit:

We are looking to recruit an experienced manager for our site in Warrington.

Reporting into the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site based operational activities including:

  • Staff mentoring and direct line management
  • Scheduling complex shift deployment roster using systems
  • Planned and reactive fleet (ambulance vehicles) maintenance with the support of the central fleet function
  • Ensuring compliance is adhered to
  • Managing workflow tasks, audits and investigations
  • Equipment and consumable ordering and stock checks
  • Monitoring employee mandatory and statutory training compliance
  • Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensuring an efficient first-class service is provided at all times
  • Management and completion of station duties and audits
  • Work collaboratively with central function leaders to own the companies message

Ambulnz Community Partners operates patient transfer services directly to NHS trusts. The healthcare sector operates 7 days and nights a week and our crews are rostered on shifts so flexibility is required. You can expect to be working in a busy, professional and vibrant environment.

About you:

  • You will have sound experience working as a first line manager
  • Can demonstrate proven people leadership and you lead from the front
  • Experience leading investigations and disciplinaries
  • Systems experience including Office 365, scheduling systems and mobile apps
  • Flexible attitude to working patterns and to understand that the ambulance industry truly operates 24/7 – 365 days a year
  • Have managed staff deployment and shift adjustments

Salary up too £35,000 per annum, annual performance bonus, 5.6 weeks annual leave, company pension, access to Blue light discount
